theiaext cannot be mapped to the project

I use yo theia-extension to generate the basic project and
According to the readme file of ext-scripts,

• and from npm scripts of your package:

Hey @zazzzf,

The dependency @theia/ext-scripts is for internal use in the Theia repo that helps with the development of the framework. It is not published and has no use for adopters.
