The "AI Chat" window is supposed to have a series of icons to allow starting new chat sessions, listing chat history etc. As shown in this screen capture: However, after upgrading to 1.62.0 it seems that these icons in my custom IDE disappear, as shown in the screen capture below. Wonder why.

Is this a custom application based on theia or the Theia IDE? I am asking because I can see all the tool bar items in the Theia IDE 1.62 |
