Splash image misbehaviour

Hello everybody.

I am not sure it is a bug or not so let's regard this topic as a question. If I run Theia IDE from my laptop with attached display(s) I got splash image rounded scrollbars when the application starts on an attached display. The resolutions are the some both on my laptop and my display ( 1920 x 1080). However if I close the lid of my laptop or there is no attached display the splash image is shown without scrollbars (neither vertical nor horizontal).
It is really annoying because I try to make my own project and first of all I thought the problem is in my configuration or bad image had been used.
I checked either on Theia IDE and on my project. This scrollbar situation happens consistently.

Thanks for the quick reply. I work on windows 10 Pro
Also has to mention:
I use Theia: 1.52.0 to my project.
But I can reproduce on Theia IDE 1.60.200
