There is no documentation on how to use this parent-pom

Current Behavior

There is no documentation on how one uses this pom.

If one just include it "as is" then the build fails on many places:

1. Jar plugin complains as it does not finds manifest and bnd-process is not enabled by default
2. surefire executes tests without osgi
3. ... maybe more ...

Expected Behavior

There is a section in the readme that describes the minimal setup for this to be used.
