ServerVendorInfo seems broken

Hello,

i wanted to use the ServerVendorInfo but since 1.0.0-M1 and also in 1.0.0-M2 it seems Broken, before i could read out Memory Usage etc. now there are no nodes under VendorServerInfo. Any Suggestions ?

Removed here

You can always copy the code and include them as part of your server implementation. I didn't want to include them by default for everybody or keep the "com.sun.management" import.
