SeBootstrap in Jersey without CDI

I was able to SE bootstrap a standalone app in an implementation-independent way using jersey-cdi2-se

            <artifactId>jersey-server</artifactId>

        <dependency>
            <groupId>org.glassfish.jersey.containers</groupId>
            <artifactId>jersey-container-jdk-http</artifactId>

        </dependency>
        <dependency>
            <groupId>org.glassfish.jersey.inject</groupId>
            <artifactId>jersey-cdi2-se</artifactId>
            <version>3.1.10</version>
        </dependency>

(Note: *needs a beans.xml)

Is there a way to do it without CDI (and still without any imports outside of Jakarta)?
