Removing the finalize method from UnmarshallerImpl as it is not effective

Hi,
Reviving an old thread as patch never made it https://download.oracle.com/javaee-archive/jaxb.java.net/dev/2013/09/0414.html It doesn't make sense to cleanup a thread local on a finalization thread.
