Correction request about trivial typos?

I forked repo and now studying about dataspace and connector.
Exploring forked repository, I found some typos in documents.

What would be better between make a correction request with issue, or just leave the fix commit in my fork repo and wait some existing contributor fix those later?

I've reviewed the documentation you referenced.
My specific question was about whether creating issues for minor typographical errors (that might not affect code execution or understanding the structure of connector) is considered an appropriate way to contribute to the project, or if it might consume reviewer time for trivial fixes.
