The license of the document should be mentioned on the generated page, either at the beginning of the text, or in the footer.

On a related note, the LICENSE file linked in the README does not exist in this repo:

I suggest to add a LICENSE file to this repo, or to a eclipse-csi/.github repo, which will serve as default for all repos in the eclipse-csi GitHub organisation. Both would satisfy GitHub community standards

Note that the org or repo LICENSE file could contain the full license text, or just link to a global LICENSE file, if a single source of truth is preferable, e.g. https://www.eclipse.org/legal/epl-2.0/.
