Integrate Emotional Recognition via Camera

@eccentriccoder01 I would like to work on this. But I need more than 2 weeks for completion. Hopefully I can send the PR for hacktoberfest.

I have checked the feasibility of it and my plan is to :-

• use OpenCV + MediaPipe + TensorFlow.

• consent checkbox

• FPS aroumd 5-10 since Streamlit may won't support high FPS.

• It'll be built in such a way that it will map these emotions to existing modules.
  Eg: anxious ---> Breathing Exercise

• No raw frame data storage

Sorry for the late response @nayna-G, I was caught up with exams...And thanks a lot for taking this issue up! Take your time, and send the PR after 1st October so it counts to both GSSoC and Hacktoberfest... Also since it is a major task, divide it into multiple smaller tasks and create a PR for each so you can get more points, I'll link them all to this issue amd merge them...
