For @TransforMap I am interested in mapping between different data schemes.
As such the used cpm_catremap vocabulary appeared useful.

Unfortunately its source is not GET-able and as such not reusable.

I don't know which is of bigger concern here:

• having human readable identifiers (which may eventually break) or
• having permanent identifiers (which may be unreadable, e.g. @ipfs).

What kind of data is that exactly?
The vocabulary you're pointing to doesn't really exist, it is an ad-hoc experiment, and probably we should have used a less real-looking URI ;-)
You can see how we use this vocabulary in the video of a blog post to remap land cover categories. It is very specialized and I have some doubt that it will fit your use case.
