Call for maintainers

Here is a forked and split webbook project from EB4J project.
Webbook is a sub project of  original EB4J project 

Now it just moves to gradle build system and has changed a package name space from fuku.eb4j to io.github.eb4j.

I'm not willing to maintain this project, so I'd like to ask everyone to be a maintainer of here.

If there are no candidate, here will be leaved as current status.
