Conventional directory extension (suffix) to indicate an icechunk repo

Hi,
congratulations to the team for the 1.0 release!

I would like to ask if there is some convention how to name directories that contain icechunk repos, similar to how the start of the zarr hierarchy is conventionally suffixed ".zarr".
".icechunk", ".ic" suffixes (or no suffix) come to mind, but I would like to avoid coming up with my own convention.

There is no convention. Since v1.0 Icechunk always uses the same initial commit id across repos. This could be used as a marker.
