SPI0 Mode3 - problem

good day!
tell me, were there any changes regarding SPI modes in the last update? mode3 stopped working for me, maybe the problem is on my side, but it was checked on 4 boards vcc-gnd yd-2040. I use spi0. questions arose already on the prepared board - there I was preparing SPI1 for work. I switched to a breadboard and to spi0 - there is no result on mode3, on mode2 - my device responds, but with difficulty

The last change to SPI was over 5 months ago (and that one was a minor RP2350B-only fix).

Does SPI1 support mode 3?

SPI and SPI1 are the same hardware, so anything that works on SPI works on SPI1.
