If SVG Image in Node, PngRenderer fails to generate Thumbnail Images for Repository

If there is a SVGImage Element in a Node, then generating the thumbnail image 
for the Oryx repository fails with the message: "The attribute "xlink:href" of 
the element <image> is required".

Attached is a proposed patch to work around this issue.
