Parameters fromIso and toIso in candles/perpetualMarkets REST API do not work

The result is not filtered by these parameters. For example

https://indexer.v4testnet.dydx.exchange/v4/candles/perpetualMarkets/BTC-USD?resolution=1DAY&fromIso=2025-01-01T00:00:00.000000Z&toIso=2025-08-26T00:00:00.000000Z

always returns candles for the latest 682 days regardless of the values in fromIso and toIso parameters.
