Box2D Latest Upgrade is Incompatible

Description
The latest version of box2D from github has been changed to be a completely C library and will no longer work with the engine as it is.

Prerequisites
Must have the latest version of box2D. This is a breaking change.

Actions
The code is going to have to be changed to accommodate the Box2D change from C++ to C.

There is a work around for this. We are using box2d 2.41.
