Some other Keyboard Shortcut

Hi Marinoff,

I see that increase/decrease of erg is a little to be rude for me ( +10 erg ) so I'm trying additional shortcut for a smaller fix in the session.
In my version I've added additional shortcut for the increase/decrease of the erg/slope/resistance:

• Arrow Up - increase target under current mode ( +10 )
• Arrow Down - decrease target under current mode ( -10 )
• Page Up - increase target under current mode ( +5 )
• Page Down - decrease target under current mode ( -5 )
• + - increase target under current mode ( +1 )
• - - decrease target under current mode ( -1 )

Thanks I'll take a look. I may add shortcuts for +-1 and +-5 increments, but I'd need to pick something more universal, across keyboard layouts (Macbook Air doesn't have Page Up/Down keys, unless you use the Fn modifier) ...
