HI,
how would I go about programming auuki for all out sprints/bursts during a ride?
I use the connection to intervals.icu to build workouts, and pass these workouts to Auuki.
I built the following (using the text editor on intervals):
5m ramp 30-85%
12m 67.5%
10s freeride
2m 67.5%
10s freeride
2m 67.5%
10s freeride
2m 67.5%
10s freeride
5m ramp 60-30%
which looks like this:
The "freeride" seems to give me the 10s block where erg mode is released,
but the feel seems to be different to doing sprints on a platform like Zwift,
where I can easily pass 1000W, on these free rides I top out at ~600W
perhaps im just out of condition (very possible!) or is there a better way to program sprint blocks?
