Regarding the `resources` page

Right now the page is pure HTML + Tailwind, so I've been thinking about either hosting a static site with just markdown, or consider other means, to allow other users to manipulate it.

@pyratebeard had a really good idea inside Matrix chat to run a Gollum wiki server. I'll look into this on a spare VPS I have
