i am not sure what exactly this is suppose to do, or how to do it. Seems like this simplifies a legit problem, just not sure what it is or how to do it.

The purpose of this repository, is to allow sending media files (pictures, videos) to an IPFS node, after manipulating them (resizing/cropping pictures, encoding in specific formats and resolutions for videos).

This repository is pretty old and we are not using it in production anymore, it got replaced by this one : https://github.com/dtube/encoders
