change ip and mods

yop people i'm trying to change the ip of the helios launcher so that it's my serv instead how do i do it ? I would also like to change the list of mods how do i do it ?

Hello,
For both of them you need Nebula, the distribution file creator.
To change ip of the server you need to update servermeta and for the mods you need to init the root folder then generate server.
Then you navigate on your servers folder and put the mods in required, library folders and so on.
Finally generate your distro. The distro will contains the servers and mods' details.
Back on Helios you build your launcher that will contains the distribution and the launcher will download the mods.
