Not able to add Pane and Region Styles in subtheme

Hi,

I'm trying to add some pane and region styles to my subtheme, but after saving the theme settings the style values disappear. I'm runnig two subthemes, one as default and one as admin. I've noticed that when I disable the admintheme everything works fine, but is there another solution?
