Add support to use `img-fluid` class if an image is used in a post

## Summary

I recently added an image and found out that it needed to be scaled to a specific size. This is fine, but I shouldn't _really_ need to do this. 
Regardless, for a responsive site, let's see if we can try and use `class="img-fluid"` if an image is being used in a post.
