glibc-locales conflicts notice

If you're updating an existing installation and conflicts from glibc-locales:

glibc-locales: /usr/lib/locale/.../... exists in filesystem

You can safely overwrite them using this following command:

# pacman -Syu --overwrite=/usr/lib/locale/\*
