Filter by Date

Hi,

Is it possible to filter the files a user can access by date? We want to host a repository and give users access to everything we have on the day they join (or some other date we could set) AND we want to be able to keep adding to the repository. Ideally this would be all files in a particular directory tree. So they could access newer files in their home directory or in say a README directory, but anything under the repository directory or it's subdirectories would be inaccessible if the file date was after a date settable for that particular account.
