Permission Issue on Web Admin

I'm on v2.6.6 - just into SFTPGo. Unable to conduct most of the actions, Permission Denied notification popping up.
My Administrator account isn't attached to any role, it's Global Administrator.
Action affected includes deletion of Role, User etc.
The Denial message that appear is from SFTPGo itself.
Tried creating another Administrator to test it out and the outcome was same.
No much alteration done on the Application itself except of some hardening and disabling unused services, tried reverting it back from where it was done [sftpgo.json], somehow yet the same.
No permissions related to SFTPGo had been manually tweaked as of now.

Managed to self resolve within the next day.
It was due to my WAF Setup specifically over the Request Method. Upon granular allowance, the issue went off.
After 2 weeks [now], No such occurrence which means it wasn't an issue with the script, but solely my Restrictive WAF Setup.
