Should the project be accessible from PIP?

Thinking about how it should be best rearranged the project structure, it crossed my mind to make the project accesible trhough PIP, so it will be easier to use in the future.

What are your thoughts in the matter @alvarag?

If we take this into account, it should be logical to rename the project simply as "sslism", from SemiSupervised Learning and Instance Selection Methods.

After some consideration, the project will be available from PIP. But it will be separated into two different packages for ease of use. One will be for Instance Selection Methods, and the other for Semi-Supervised Learning.
