Can't open huge images, even with huge RAM (big WimpSlots)

Check if the dynamic area limits are getting in the way, or something else is limiting PE's image sizes.

A user writes:

on very big images (more than 4000×3000) PrivateEye complains about lack of memory when trying to apply some effects (I have 4GB, so it should be OK).
