organize tiny notes

I want add a new feature to this website, where

• I can add a note, tag it; and then publish it.
• Afterwards, I can re-edit any of these notes. Also, I should be able to filter them by different tags.
• The edition should be done in the front end, rather than in the backend.
• I should be able to port these notes to other places, like my own PC, in case the server may go down someday in the future.

I can do same kind of thing using the evernote (or “云笔记" ). But I think it would be a nice feature for the website.
