USB not working properly

Checkra1n have a hard time to detect my iPad
I have to manually go in recorvery and he fail the DFU exploite.

My pc Dell Latitude 5500

Just put phone in DFU mode and run checkrain -c. Also try running on USB 2.0
My laptop is dell latitude e5440 and it did not detect iphone without dfu mode.
