Azure OpenAI in v0.0.37

Has the Azure OpenAI support been removed from v0.0.37? It don't seem to be available anymore. (See attached image. I have installed outlines==0.0.37).

I was able to get azure_openai in v0.0.23. However, it doesn't seem to work and always fails with the error: The api_key client option must be set either by passing api_key to the client or by setting the OPENAI_API_KEY environment variable, even though I have the AZURE_* env variables set.
