Integration with Ollama

I wanted to inquire if there are any plans to integrate Outlines with Ollama for pulling and managing models directly

IMO, that's more of an infrastructural concern that you or Ollama should manage on your behalf. It doesn't seem in-scope for Outlines to handle, but I'm happy to hear other opinions from people.
