I have .NET 10 installed, but am using .NET 9. When I start my tunnel, no SSL certificate is being presented. Any thoughts?

One thought I have is I was prompted once to trust the Kestral SSL cert. I said yes and now it's not prompting any more. I'm thinking somethings messed up with that, and I need to get back to being prompted? On another systems I said No to the Kestral cert and Yes to the IIS Express Dev cert an that config is working.
