Is this version of Winforms being more readily worked on than Microsoft's .NET Framework variant of Windows Forms?

There's a lot of issues in https://developercommunity.visualstudio.com/search?space=61 that are closed due to being a "lower priority".
Does this repository better address these more fringe issues making this the more stable version of WinForms?

notably, I have this issue https://developercommunity.visualstudio.com/t/Arrow-navigation-always-prioritizes-pare/1615966?space=61&sort=relevance&viewtype=all&q=datagridview is this something that isn't an issue in this "open source .NET"

okay, I think I've tested it correctly and the same issue exists with .Net 6.0 Winforms. 💀

guess i'll report an issue.
