An issue was found with the release that prevents the SDK from restoring runtime-based NuGet packages from nuget.org due to a version mismatch: #3673. A patch which fixes this issue is described in #3673 (comment). At this time there's no plan to re-release RC2 with this fix applied. This will be resolved in the GA release.
