Attention: This release requires a re-bootstrap as there was a fix in runtime, that is needed in the SDK used for building RC1. You cannot use your Preview 7 SDK, but instead use Microsoft's RC1 SDK, which is obtained using ./prep.sh script.

I get the following error when building runtime:

var/lib/gitlab-runner/builds/ayakael/dotnet-stage0/src/dotnet-8.0.0-rc.1.23419.4/src/runtime/src/libraries/externals.csproj : error NU1603: Warning As Error: externals depends on Microsoft.DiaSymReader.Native (>= 16.11.29-beta1.23404.4) but Microsoft.DiaSymReader.Native 16.11.29-beta1.23404.4 was not found. An approximate best match of Microsoft.DiaSymReader.Native 17.0.0-beta1.21524.1 was resolved. [/var/lib/gitlab-runner/builds/ayakael/dotnet-stage0/src/dotnet-8.0.0-rc.1.23419.4/src/runtime/Build.proj]

Tarball provides 23253.1, but then anyways this should only be a Warning, not a Warning as error.

@ayakael - The release announcement was missing an important callout which I have since added.

When you got this error were you using your previously build preview 7 SDK and artifacts?
