There are no linux-arm64 packages for NativeAOT-LLVM.
Ideally, I wish they were generated in the same way than win-x64 and linux-x64, or at least document in the compiling part that only those two platforms are supported.

There is need of an updated emscriptem

Version 3.1.56 (used in .NET 9 and .NET 10 preview4) do not support directly arm64 in the installation process emscripten-core/emsdk#547
The emsdk version 3.1.57 can be installes with the usual commands in linux arm64

Integration of 4.0.5 seems in progress dotnet/runtime#115427 and dotnet/runtime#113786

Hi @flucas1! It is a known limitation that we only have win-x64/linux-x64-hosted compilers currently. This is documented in https://github.com/dotnet/runtimelab/blob/feature/NativeAOT-LLVM/docs/using-nativeaot/compiling.md#compiling-with-nativeaot-llvm:

Compilation using NativeAOT-LLVM is currently only supported on Windows x64 and Linux x64

Over the past few days I've been looking at enabling the linux-arm64 build. Unfortunately it has turned out to be a trickier problem than I originally thought due to some peculiarities of our CI.

Sure, it's all defined here: https://github.com/dotnet/runtimelab/blob/feature/NativeAOT-LLVM/eng/pipelines/runtimelab.yml (and then the dozens of templates it references). The tricky part is that we do not appear to have arm64 build machines (in the NetCore-Public build pool that is being used). So we can cross-build the arm64 product (I have a version of this working locally), but we can't readily run tests.

Upstream (as in dotnet/runtime), all tests are run via a separate system called Helix (a separate pool of machines/VMs): you send work items to it, you get results back. But I would really like to avoid introducing Helix into downstream CI.

Edit: FWIW, I am still looking into how to square this circle. Maybe with some qemu emulation, maybe something else entirely that I just haven't thought of/discovered yet.
