Differences between browser-wasm and mono.browser-wasm packages

Hello,

I was wondering what the differences are between these two packages? Specifically when it comes to dotnet.wasm and dotnet.js.

microsoft.netcore.app.runtime.browser-wasm
microsoft.netcore.app.runtime.mono.browser-wasm
