Can AssemblyLoadContext filter System assemblies when load ExportedTypes?

Hi,
Our project want to call API from System.Runtime.Loader.AssemblyLoadContext to skip load assemblies from System.Xxx and Microsoft.Xxx,the effect same as following codes：
var publicTypes = AssemblyLoadContext.Default.Assemblies .Where(t=>!t.FullName.StartsWith("System")||t.FullName.StartsWith("Microsoft")) .SelectMany(x => x.ExportedTypes)

Note that ALC has already specially treating the shared framework assemblies (the ones bundled at C:\Program Files\dotnet\shared). They will always be loaded in to the default ALC.

That's not entirely correct - one can force load a framework assembly by hand (and it does happen by accident).
AssemblyDependencyResolver does have special handling of frameworks and should in general avoid this.

If this is about hosting plugins and avoiding loading of framework assemblies into the plugin's ALC, the best solution is to build the plugin correctly such that it doesn't carry framework assemblies with itself.
