TabbedPage switching causes crash in Windows #598
Description
When switching tabs in a tab page on a Windows App, it crashes the app with an error of "Parameter is incorrect".
It happened in an app we are designing and is also duplicated using the maui_samples/9.0/UserInterface/ControlGallery solution. Click on Tabbed Page, then click onto another tab at the top for an instant unhandled exception.
