how to its work?
I have try any variants(--simpleresolution, dll from 7.0 etc) but always recieve error:

@altbodhi Does running just dotnet fsi not work for you? Why do you need the noframework option?

@baronfel I remember you've faced something similar in either FSAC or proj-info, do you remember what was the problem?

Update: Didn't notice it's localized, says that it can't find System.Array

Our error was because we were missing a Target that would use implementation assemblies as compiler references when reference assemblies couldn't be found, but I don't think that would apply here, since the explicit assembly reference list is being supplied.

I wanted run WinForms without fsproj (in fsx) but i got follow error with System.Drawing.Common assembly. I continue to do experiments with references but tihs case still failed. I don't find reason of it.
