Dev Proxy v1.0.0-beta.1

We've just released v1.0.0-beta.1 with some improvements and further alignment with .NET features. This beta also includes some breaking changes that affect you in case you build custom plugins. Check out the change log and try it early. We'd appreciate your feedback.

We've decided to move to a v1 to mark the current state of Dev Proxy and our work of the past months. We've got a great set of features that help developers build better apps.
We actively work on Dev Proxy and its features, and it's possible that we'll have breaking changes in the future. We're going to use SemVer to communicate the scope of changes for each future version so that you know if you can seamlessly upgrade to the next version or if there are some considerations.
