Razor SDK how to properly configure multi-platform specific compile files

    <TargetFrameworks>net9.0-windows;net9.0</TargetFrameworks>
  </PropertyGroup>

  <ItemGroup>
     <RazorComponent Remove="Desktop/**/*.razor" />
  </ItemGroup>
  <ItemGroup Condition="'$(TargetFramework)' == 'net9.0-windows'">
     <RazorComponent Include="Desktop/**/*.razor" />
  </ItemGroup>
</Project>

I want all razor files in the Desktop folder to be net9.0-windows TargetFramework.

The above image in net9.0 TargetFramework is reporting an error. This file should not be the net9.0 TargetFramework.

I found out in the maui project that this can be done.
