[Request for comment] :Cross browser process blazor component

Today we can navigate to another url in blazor, what if we can display the component in a new browser window instead, but maintain the state / circut / some kinds of connection to my application that's running in a single place much like MAUI.Blazor

Is there market for it, I would be humble to hear from what people think of this idea, before writing an issue about it
