Forcing server and client to use http/3 only fails on runtime

I'm training in writing client/server applications, that would only use http/3. Here's how I force client to use http/3, and here it's code for server.

The issue I'm encountering is related to the above mentioned line on server. When I listen to Http1AndHttp2AndHttp3 everything works fine, but as soon as I change the listen value to Http3 it fails (what's interesting, it fails on second, HEAD reqest. First GET request runs fine). The following log was taken on a win-11 pc:

Not sure if it is a bug, or I'm forcing http/3 connections in a wrong way (error log says CreateHttp11, AddHttp11)

Tried forcing Http3 version on client's head request:

using var request = new HttpRequestMessage(HttpMethod.Head, uri);
request.Version = HttpVersion.Version30;

using var response = await httpClient.SendAsync(request).ConfigureAwait(false);

It still fails, but the error is a bit different:

Note that it seem to AddHttp2Connection here instead of 1.1

Ah, I see. It seems like I have to manually force both request.Version AND request.VersionPolicy for client to work in cases, when I use httpClient.SendAsync(request). Not very clear behavior, IMO. Shouldn't forcing the httpClient's properties be enough?
