EditForm model validation

Hi,

Sorry, I'm not sure if this an issue or a new feature request. I'm creating a form and I was testing and I commented properties inside the EditForm and the validation still validating the model instead of the visible properties inside the EditForm.
I don't want to duplicate the model for two different forms and its only for one property or should I just validate the form manually ?
