ASP NET Visual Studio Editor

Good day.
First VS Editor appeared together with the first version of the ASP.NET
During ASP MVC migration it disappeared.
Why have you decided to stop this live of developments?
I think RAD approach is cool especially with advanced framework support like Angular, React and etc
