Blazor Server Hangs on Refresh

Hi there,

I have a Blazor server app that implements Steve Sanderson's WebWindow. Every time I try to refresh my app, it only loads the index.html and displays simply "Loading..." no matter how long I give it.

I'd be more than happy to show any relevant code, I'm just not sure what would be considered relevant in this case.

Any advice would be appreciated,
