[question] What's the difference between IJSInProcessRuntime and IJSRuntime?

I read the docs https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dotnet/api/microsoft.jsinterop.ijsinprocessruntime?view=aspnetcore-3.1 but could not find the main difference what I could only see is that IJSInProcessRuntime runs synchronously and IJSRuntime asynchronously. It's this all the main differences? Whats the differences when we use IJSInProcessRuntime over IJSRuntime on program.cs?
